N\u00e3o h\u00e1 a\u00e7\u00e3o a ser efetuada pela Locaweb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Servidores gerenciados pela Locaweb<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>A solicita\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser feita <a href=\"https:\/\/ajuda.locaweb.com.br\/wiki\/como-criar-e-acompanhar-um-chamado-central-do-cliente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">via chamado<\/a>, em sua Central do Cliente:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Selecione o motivo de contato <strong>DNS &#8211; iDC;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Informe o IP que deve ser liberado para o Relay.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--alert  hts-messages--withtitle hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\"><strong>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o!<\/strong><\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tRessaltamos aqui que, por se tatar de uma solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de an\u00e1lise de libera\u00e7\u00e3o, a mesma pode ser negada. Dessa forma, informe claramente a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o no chamado aberto.    \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<h6>Pontos importantes!<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00d3rg\u00e3os Anti-SPAM como dsbl.org, mail-abuse.com e ordb.org, listam endere\u00e7os IPs de relays SMTP abertos (Open Relay).<\/li>\n<li>Com esta solicita\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea correr\u00e1 o risco de ter o IP do seu servidor listado por um destes \u00f3rg\u00e3os.
