Servidores Dedicados"},"content":{"rendered":"    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--info  hts-messages--withtitle hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\"><b>Informa\u00e7\u00e3o!<\/b><\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tPara os clientes que possuem <strong>Cloud Computing<\/strong> e <strong>Servidor Dedicado<\/strong> na Plataforma Windows e com o Gerenciamento pelo Cliente tem acesso ao servidor via Terminal Services.    \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<h6>O que \u00e9 Terminal Services ?<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9 um servi\u00e7o da Plataforma Windows para administrar servidores remotamente atrav\u00e9s de qualquer computador cliente, quando uma conex\u00e3o \u00e9 estabelecida entre um cliente e um servidor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Comercial<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se necessitar mais do que os <strong>dois acessos simult\u00e2neos<\/strong> que v\u00eam incluso no plano, dever\u00e1 efetuar a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>licen\u00e7as extras<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--alert  hts-messages--withtitle hts-messages--withicon \"   >\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\"><b>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o!<\/b><\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tLembrando que, ao realizar o processo de ativa\u00e7\u00e3o do Terminal Service, as 2 licen\u00e7as que possui atualmente para acesso ser\u00e3o perdidas, ou seja, entrar\u00e3o no per\u00edodo de expira\u00e7\u00e3o.    \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<ul>\n<li>Esse per\u00edodo \u00e9 em torno de 180 dias, sendo que, ap\u00f3s a expira\u00e7\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a fica imposs\u00edvel o acesso remoto para reativa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Para realizar a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de licen\u00e7as adicionais, siga o procedimento t\u00e9cnico descrito abaixo de acordo com a vers\u00e3o do Windows utilizada:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Windows Server 2003<\/h6>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle  \"  >\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__title\">Passo a passo para a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de novas licen\u00e7as:<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__content\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__contentwrap\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Montar o <strong>CD1<\/strong> do sistema operacional, caso tenha d\u00favidas, <a href=\"https:\/\/ajuda.locaweb.com.br\/wiki\/montar-e-desmontar-imagem-cloud-vps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">acesse aqui<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Acessar o servidor (via Remote Desktop ou pelo Console), caso tenha d\u00favidas, <a href=\"https:\/\/ajuda.locaweb.com.br\/wiki\/acesso-ao-servidores-servidor-dedicados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">acesse aqui<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Acesse <strong>Add e Remove Programs<\/strong>, em seguida em <strong>Add\/Remove Windows Components<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Habilite os itens <strong>Terminal Server<\/strong> e o <strong>Terminal Server Licensing<\/strong> e siga com as op\u00e7\u00f5es<\/li>\n<li>Selecione a op\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>Full Security<\/strong> e depois <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Selecione a op\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>I will specify a license server within 120 days <\/strong>e depois\u00a0<strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Selecione a op\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>Per User Licensing Mode<\/strong> e depois <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Op\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>Your domain or workgroup<\/strong> em Install license server database at this location: C:\\WINDOWS\\System32\\LServer e depois <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar o caminho do diret\u00f3rio de instala\u00e7\u00e3o, localizado em C:\\CD_Instala\u00e7\u00e3o\\I386\\LSERVER.EX_.<\/li>\n<li>Aguarde finalizar a Instala\u00e7\u00e3o e <strong>Reinicie o Servidor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ap\u00f3s o reinicio, acesse <strong>Start<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>Programs<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>Administrative Tools<\/strong> e escolha <strong>Terminal Server Lincensing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--alert   hts-messages--withicon \"   >\n<p>\n    \t\t\t\t\tEm alguns casos nessa etapa do processo \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio instalar um Pacote adicional da Microsoft.    \t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\n    \t\t<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">12.\u00a0Ap\u00f3s instalar o Pacote Adicional acesse novamente o <strong>Terminal Server Licensing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">13.\u00a0Expanda a \u00c1rvore de servidores, bot\u00e3o direito no Nome do Servidor, <strong>active Server<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">14.\u00a0<strong>Next<\/strong>, selecione <strong>Telephone<\/strong> e depois <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">15.\u00a0Selecionar o Pa\u00eds e depois <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">16.\u00a0Copiar o <strong>Product ID<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">17.\u00a0Crie um chamado no <a href=\"https:\/\/ajuda.locaweb.com.br\/wiki\/como-criar-e-acompanhar-um-chamado-central-do-cliente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HelpDesk<\/a>, informe no chamado o Product ID e a vers\u00e3o do sistema operacional (2003 ou 2008) para gerar as licen\u00e7as.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aguardar o <strong>Serial<\/strong> que ser\u00e1 passado pela a <strong>Locaweb via HelpDesk<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--alert   hts-messages--withicon \"   >\n<p>\n    \t\t\t\t\tCaso j\u00e1 tenha realizado os passos 01 at\u00e9 09 ou j\u00e1 tenha instalado o terminal services lincensing, execute os passos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Acesse o Terminal Server Lincensing.<\/li>\n<li>Selecione o servidor listado na \u00e1rvore &#8211;
